Dry, mild periods are ideal for application, and work should be completed before the main rainy season in your region. We plan inspections in late summer or early autumn for that reason.
Can you find where water is coming in?
Yes. Water often travels before it appears, so the stain is rarely directly below the cause. We inspect the terrace, drains, joints and parapets to trace the entry point.
