What does StaysFix do?
StaysFix is a hospitality property maintenance company in Morocco. We handle plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, swimming pools, gardening, renovation, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, security systems and cleaning for hotels, riads, villas, resorts and holiday rentals, through one point of contact.
Which types of properties does StaysFix work with?
We work with hospitality properties: hotels, boutique hotels, riads, guesthouses, villas, resorts, hostels, desert camps, serviced apartments and Airbnb or holiday rentals. Property managers with several properties are also welcome.
Which cities in Morocco does StaysFix cover?
Our priority destinations are Marrakech, Agadir, Essaouira, Fes, Merzouga, Taghazout, Tangier and Chefchaouen. We also receive requests from other cities and regions; contact us to check availability for your property and the work you need.
How much does property maintenance cost?
There are no fixed prices because every property and job is different. We review your request, photos and, if needed, the site, then send a written quotation. Nothing is carried out until you approve it.
How do I request a quote?
Send us a message on WhatsApp at +212 668 534 981, email hello@staysfix.com, or use the quote form on staysfix.com. Tell us the property type, the city, the service you need and what is happening, ideally with photos.
Can I send photos or videos of the problem?
Yes, and we recommend it. Photos and short videos sent on WhatsApp help us understand the problem, prepare an accurate proposal and bring the right parts and tools.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Besides one-time repairs, we offer regular scheduled maintenance and complete property care plans, tailored to each property and quoted individually.
Do you handle urgent repairs?
Contact us on WhatsApp straight away with photos and a short description. We will tell you honestly what we can arrange and when. Response times are not guaranteed unless agreed in a maintenance plan.
Who carries out the work?
Depending on the scope, work is carried out by the StaysFix team or by vetted specialists we coordinate. Your proposal states who will do the work, and StaysFix remains your single point of contact.
Can work be done while guests are staying?
In most cases, yes. We plan work room by room or in phases, agree working hours and access routes with you, and keep work areas clean and closed off so the rest of the property can stay open.
Do you work with traditional riad materials such as tadelakt and zellige?
Yes. When a job involves tadelakt, zellige, carved plaster (gebs) or traditional woodwork, we involve craftspeople experienced with those materials and say so in the proposal.
Can you look after a property when the owner lives abroad?
Yes. Requests, quotations and approvals can all be handled remotely on WhatsApp or email, and we report back with photos when work is complete.
Which languages can I use to contact StaysFix?
