These terms apply to your use of staysfix.com and to enquiries made through it. Work carried out by StaysFix is governed by the proposal or agreement you approve for that work, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

About this website

This website describes the maintenance and technical services StaysFix offers to hospitality properties in Morocco. The information is provided for general purposes. Service availability depends on the destination, the type of work and scheduling, and is confirmed for each request.

Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting a form or sending a message does not create a contract. It is a request for information or a quotation.
• We prepare quotations based on the information, photos and videos you provide and, where necessary, a site visit. If conditions on site differ from what was described, the scope and price may need to be revised, and we will ask for your approval before proceeding.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Work begins only after you have approved it.

Who carries out the work

Depending on the scope, work is carried out by the StaysFix team or by qualified specialists we coordinate. Your proposal states how the work will be delivered.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the property and the problem, to ensure safe access to the areas concerned at the agreed times, and to inform us of any known hazards, restrictions or building rules.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in each proposal or agreement.

Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for any work is defined in the relevant proposal or agreement and is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, or for issues arising from information that was inaccurate or incomplete.

Use of the website

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful content. The text, design and branding of this website belong to StaysFix and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
