Guests notice tired rooms. Worn floors, dated bathrooms and cracked finishes quietly affect reviews and the rate you can charge. Renovating a hospitality property is different from renovating a home: the work has to fit around guests, bookings and seasons.

StaysFix plans renovation and fit-out work room by room or zone by zone, coordinating the trades involved so that you deal with one team and one schedule.

Common challenges in hospitality properties

Working while guests are in residence

Phased works, controlled noise windows and clean, closed-off work areas keep the rest of the property open.

Respecting traditional materials

Tadelakt, zellige, carved plaster and cedar call for craftspeople who know them. Modern shortcuts often show within a season.

Coordinating several trades

A bathroom renovation involves plumbing, electrics, waterproofing, tiling and carpentry. One coordinator avoids gaps and delays between them.

Frequently asked questions

Can you renovate rooms without closing the whole property?

In most cases, yes. We plan the work in phases — a few rooms or one floor at a time — and agree working hours and access routes with you in advance.

Do you work with traditional Moroccan finishes?

Yes. When a project involves tadelakt, zellige, gebs (carved plaster) or traditional woodwork, we involve craftspeople experienced with those materials and confirm this in the proposal.
